Job Title: Division Order Analyst Entry Level Salary: Final Salary Commensurate upon Skills, Qualification, and Experience. Status: Full Time Position (At-Will) Terms: Three-Month Probationary Period ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Reviewing and maintaining Oil and Gas Division Orders. Liaison with client Appraisal District administrative staff. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Education: High School Graduate Bachelor’s or Associates Degree preferred Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of office administrative experience. MUST HAVE: Excellent oral and written communication skills. Personal initiative. Organizational skills. Good math, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Microsoft Office skills, especially MS Word and Excel. SQL experience is a plus. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES: • Obtain and review division of interest listings from oil and gas companies and update Company’s ownership records accordingly. Attention to detail and good data entry skills is a must. • Familiarize yourself with all functions of the Company’s operations. • Assist Company staff with royalty interest ownership issues, administration of appraisal protests, and familiarize themselves with Company’s software programs. • Establish and maintain accurate records. • Perform public relations and customer service duties. • Must cross-train in different areas of the Company’s operation successfully. • Be professional, have good conduct, and be a team player. • Perform overtime assignments and all other duties as assigned. • Must maintain excellent customer service skills with property owners, employees, supervisors, and directors. • Must maintain open communication with employees, supervisors, and directors. • Maintain a high level of confidentiality. • Bi-lingual in Spanish is preferred but not required.
