Our Team
The high level of experience and efficiency of the Wardlaw Appraisal Group staff allows us to be extremely effective and responsive while operating with less overhead.
Wardlaw has experienced and qualified appraisers, division order analysts, technology, and administrative support personnel. These personnel allow us to efficiently and accurately manage and appraise over 300,000 accounts, 16,000 wells, 14,000 division orders, 9,000 property records.

Ms. Wardlaw is a Texas Registered Professional Engineer and RPA. She has a Master's degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Texas. She has over 25 years experience appraising mineral, industrial, and utility properties.

Computer Program Design and co-founder of Wardlaw Appraisal Group, LC.
Mr. Wardlaw is a Texas Registered Professional Engineer. He has a Master's degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Texas. He has over 25 years experience in Petroleum Reservoir Engineering and software design.
- Charles Williams, P.E., R.P.A.
Vice President of Wardlaw Appraisal Group, LC.
Mr. Williams is a Texas Registered Professional Engineer and a Registered Professional Appraiser. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Texas. He has over 25 years extensive experience in petroleum reservoir, drilling, operations, and environmental engineering. In addition he has over 12 years experience appraising utility and industrial properties.

Ms. Williams is a R.P.A. with more than 12 years experience in management and accounting and 6 years experience in appraising industrial, utility and personal property. She holds a BA in Biology from the University of Texas.

Mr. Cantu has a BS - Geology from the University of Texas - Austin.

Manager, Division Order Department
Ms. Wood has over 30 years experience in bookkeeping and accounting. She has been with Wardlaw Appraisal Group for 10 years. In addition to managing the division order department, she also handles the bookkeeping, human resources and general office management.

Senior Utility and Industrial Appraiser
Ms. Davis is a R.P.A with more than 30 years of management experience and 6 years experience in appraising industrial, personal & commercial properties in Texas. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Birmingham Southern College.
